Overview
HCPro's PROPEL is an enterprise‑level training, compliance, and revenue‑cycle education solution designed for healthcare leadership and staff. Since it's launch in 2017, PROPEL has had no recognizable branding– until about 10 years later, in 2025.
My Contributions
To strengthen PROPEL’s credibility in the healthcare space, I led a visual refresh that modernized the brand and highlighted real-world use cases.

Inspired by the name “PROPEL,” I incorporated a sense of upward movement into the logo—using diagonal lines and an arrow formed in the negative space of the “P.” The color palette was drawn from HCPro’s sub-brand, ACDIS, which shares a similar audience, reinforcing visual consistency across the brand ecosystem.

Moving away from "generic" stock photography, I focused on featuring authentic imagery—real professionals in real settings—to better reflect how PROPEL is used in practice.

PROPEL has four main subproducts: PROPELMedicare, PROPELMedicare for CAH, PROPELCDI, and PROPELCoding. Each of these has their own logomark with the appropriate product title underneath the main logo.
